The following medical documents will be due at orientation:

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) – document of two doses or blood test proving immunity
• Chickenpox (Varicella) - document of two doses or blood test proving immunity
• Hepatitis B - document of three doses or blood test proving immunity
• TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Acellular Pertussis) - document of vaccination given within the last 10 years
• Tuberculosis (TB) screening. A negative skin test performed within 30 days of orientation

There are no medical exemptions made for volunteers. Failure to provide proof of all required medical documentation will prevent acceptance to this program.
