Scottish Rite for Children is currently recruiting volunteers who are:
21 and older
Available at least one weekday a week during regular business hours (NO weekend/evening shifts available)
Able to commit to weekly service for at least 6 months
Available for one of these shift times on a regular basis: 7:45 am - 11:45 am (morning shift) or 11:45 am - 3:45 pm (afternoon shift)
Our team will guide you through the requirement process, but please be aware that the following are required before you may begin service:
If you do not have and do not feel comfortable receiving any of these requirements, you will NOT be eligible to volunteer at Scottish Rite for Children:
- TB blood test
- Flu shot (during flu season Oct - March)
- TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Acellular Pertussis) - within the last 10 years
- Proof of Varicella Immunity (vaccines or blood test)
- Proof of MMR Immunity (vaccines or blood test)
- Proof of Hep B Immunity (vaccines, blood test, or signed declination if not pursuing immunity)
Additional Requirements to Volunteer:
- New Volunteer Orientation
- Annual Safety and HIPAA Training
- Annual Background Check
